Jacqueline had her first yoga class in 1997, and has since trained as close to the source as she could get in India, London (at Triyoga) and LA, from teachers including TKV Desikachar, Kausthub Desikachar in Healing yoga in the Krishnamacharya lineage, Patthabis Jois in Ashtanga Yoga, Shiva Rea for Vinyasa Flow, Sarah Powers for Yin Yoga and mindfulness and Judith Lasater for Restorative Yoga.

Her own style of teaching is authentic, safe, inspiring and joyful, always including breathing exercises and meditations, and relating to the bigger picture through quotes and inspirations. She enjoys sharing the many benefits of yoga with people wherever she finds herself and particularly loves leading retreats in beautiful, peaceful places. Her in intention is that you feel better after each class than you did before it, and that you ultimately create a healthy body, a peaceful mind and an enlightened spirit.

On offer here is a unique individualized Luminous Trails Yoga Matrix so that you can personalize your practice as far as possible to your needs and wants on any given day. Everybody is different and every day is different, so there’s something here for you if you feel you want to do a more dynamic solar flow, or a chilled lunar flow. You can choose a suitable warm up, and meditation (solar – invigorating, lunar- relaxing or solar lunar- a balance of both those energies,) followed by a practice of your choice between solar, lunar or a balanced mixture of both (Solar lunar or Yin Yang) and add whichever meditation feels most appropriate for you on at the end after shavasana.
