Bliss/Joy

“Do only what you love. There is so little time!” Neale Donald Walsch said that, and as long as it’s things that are good for you long term and don’t harm anybody, it’s great advice. What makes you feel good? What lights you up? Can you spend more time doing or imagining those things? You are not here just to suffer but to enjoy the ride and thrive. Focus on things you love and raise your vibration to feeling good, as often as possible. As Joseph Campbell put it: Follow your bliss. Here’s a bliss meditation to help.
